Hayati Vape × SearchFlex

Search performance readout

~2,200

extra clicks a quarter, at today’s rankings

Hayati Vape — technical SEO audit, August 2026

Almost everyone who finds Hayati is already searching for Hayati — exactly right for a site that sells one brand. The gap is what happens next: the site appears in search constantly, and the listing too often doesn’t earn the click. Fixing that is worth about 2,200 extra visits a quarter — 55% more than the site earns today, without ranking any higher.

The audit sheet’s figure: modelled missed clicks per quarter across the 56 pages affected, at current rankings. The sheet quantifies the top 25 of those pages one by one, totalling 1,987. Clicks, not sales, and no ranking improvement is assumed. The 55% compares that modelled figure against the 4,000 clicks actually earned in the last 90 days. 83% of clicks come from mobile. Average position 11.4 on mobile against 20.5 on desktop. Mobile is not a segment here — it is the audience.

98% of clicks come from people searching “Hayati” or a misspelling of it. For a site that sells one brand, that is the right audience — not a problem to solve. The fastest money is not another audience — it is keeping hold of this one. Reaching beyond it is a separate conversation, for when you want it.

Where the site sits on its own name

The searches Hayati is most visible for are all Hayati’s own. On every one of them, the site sits outside the top five.

The six brand searches the site appears for most often.
Search term Appears in search Clicks Average position
hayati vape23,1336247.9

hayati vapes3,8171069.3
hayati pro max plus pods2,9173917.9
hayati pods1,6084216.1

This is a position question, and a separate one from everything else in this readout. None of the 2,200 clicks modelled here assume any of these positions improve — the whole opportunity is costed at today’s rankings. It is worth naming because it sets the ceiling on what the rest of the work can reach.

Google Search Console, 10 May – 7 August 2026.

The opportunity

The site is being seen. It isn’t being clicked.

Every position in Google has a click-through rate people expect of it — a listing at position 3 normally earns around 8% of the clicks available. 56 of Hayati’s pages sit well below the rate normal for where they rank. They have already done the hard part of getting there; on the evidence, the title and description are not earning the click.

Every page below is a Hayati product page or a question about a Hayati product. Of the 25 pages the sheet quantifies in full, 23 carry the brand in their address and account for 97% of their missed clicks. This is the audience Hayati already has, not a new one.

Page Position Earns now Normal here Missed per quarter
Long-lasting Pro Max Plus 6000 9.3 1.07% ~2.8% 398
How long do Hayati pods last 5.8 0.36% ~5% 258
How long does a Hayati vape last 6.4 0.48% ~5% 180

Best performance from Pro Max Plus 6.6 0.71% ~4% 158
Blue Frozen Pro Max Plus Pods 4.0 0.28% ~8% 81

Black Mamba Pro Max Plus Pods ranks third — the position most sites spend years trying to reach — and is ignored by 99.9% of the people who see it. Everything needed to win that click is already in place except the words in the listing.

Three things to fix first

The quickest wins in the audit

Critical

Mobile downloads 648 KB of images it never shows

Every phone visitor downloads four desktop banner images that never appear on their screen, and 83% of the site’s search clicks are mobile. One attribute on four lines of code fixes it, with no visual change on any device.

High

Pages never reach Cloudflare’s cache

Two conflicting instructions mean every visitor waits for the UK server rather than being served from their nearest location. Two settings, no code change.

Critical

The page cache can serve one visitor’s page to another

Under certain conditions a logged-in or cart-carrying visitor’s page can be stored and shown to someone else. A privacy risk worth closing before any other caching work.

The rest of the audit

What else we found

Thirty-three findings across eleven areas. The three above pay back fastest; these are the ones worth knowing about beyond them.

HighOn-page

“Shipping Information” is the main heading on 465 of 535 pages

The main heading tells Google what a page is about. On 87% of the site it says “Shipping Information” rather than the product or category name.

HighIndexing

A page ranking for “hayati pods” sends people to a blog post

A term worth 2,000 searches a month lands visitors on an article about nic salts instead of a page where they can buy pods. Repointing it is a one-line job.

HighOn-page

Product filtering is broken on category pages

The price slider only offers £0 or £10, and choosing a filter such as nicotine strength loads a visibly broken page. Filters are how people shop a 64-product category.

HighAccessibility

Pinch-zoom is switched off across the site

Visitors cannot pinch to zoom on a phone. An accessibility failure, and an awkward one when 83% of the clicks are mobile.

HighTrust signals

Every blog post is credited to “HV_Admin”

For a retailer publishing advice on nicotine strengths, attributing it to a system account rather than a person undermines trust with readers and with Google.

LowIndexing

Every major AI crawler is blocked

The site blocks AI companies from training on its content. Discovery through AI assistants still works — worth confirming the block is deliberate.

33 findings by priority. Three are critical, and none of them need a redesign — the bulk of the work is configuration and copy.

3 critical 18 high 8 medium 4 low

All 33 are scheduled week by week below, with the area and the time each one takes.

The next eight weeks

The plan, week by week

The audit sheet’s roadmap in full: all 33 actions, in the week each one starts. Filter by area to see a single strand of work. Week one is deliberately light — four technical fixes that need no decisions from you, so the work can start while the rest is agreed.

Dates run from w/c 10 August to w/c 28 September 2026. Durations are working estimates; dependencies are noted in the audit sheet.

To start

What we need from you

Three things unblock the plan. The first is needed before week one starts; the other two before the main programme begins in week two.

A named developer, or host access

Week one is four technical fixes rather than content, and none of them are ours to deploy. We need whoever owns that access, or permission to work with your host directly.

Sign-off to deploy the rewrites

81 titles and descriptions are written and ready. They change how your listings read in Google, so we would rather you approved the tone than found out afterwards.

One decision on AI crawlers

The site currently blocks AI companies from training on its content. That may well be deliberate. Tell us either way and we will leave it or lift it.

We do

The metadata programme, headings, structured data, internal linking, the content and authorship work, and the weekly reporting against the roadmap.

Your developer does

The banner preloads, both cache layers, the Cloudflare rules, security headers and the product filtering fix. We specify each one; they deploy it.

A proposed split. Confirm it and we will put names against every row in the audit sheet.

Checked and clear

Things we checked that don’t need fixing

Checked across both crawls of the site, 8 August 2026.
